Random thought

Have you ever happened to realise that you give so much of importance to some people you meet throughout your life, at a point you think that it will last for the rest of your life. And after a few years, you and the importance you had for them remain the same, but they aren't.

Wondering.....

Several things in life change by time. How we used to cherish friendship everyday when we were school kids, how we thought friends are everything, how we shared every little secrets, sorrows, happiness, how we had little fights between friends about friendship. Once we leave school and go to college, we find new friends and then we get a little more busier. Thereafter we find a job, get new friends and then I am not sure how friendship is looked at that phase, which remains to be seen in my case. But the reality is that people do begin to change because of the changing lifestyle. You lose and gain a number of friends throughout your life, but only a few remain worth for what you had shared and cared. Can't understand the true definition of friendship, if there is one. May be I will later in life. Like you understand what life is only after living it, as they say.

Of course people change with time..their life style changes.. But I'm not sure whether the friendship will be lost if it had been a genuine one..

**You lose and gain a number of friends throughout your life, but only a few remain worth for what you had shared and cared.**
100% TRUE.

Decide to remain friends, but not close friends if you need to sustain the relation. Friendships change as our needs and lifestyles change. It's healthy to have a host of friends and to sometimes shift the status of one or another. Making friends can sometimes seem easy. The hard part is keeping the connections strong during the natural ups and downs that affect all relationships.

If you have recently started going out with a new bunch of friends, you need to consider that your oldest and dearest friend might be feeling a little left out and isolated. Internalise how they might feel and consider what it would be like if you were the one who never received an invite for an excellent night out on the town. It is a good idea to invite your pal along with your new group of friends, so that other lasting friendships can be formed. If you are in the sticky position where your friend doesn’t get on with your new friends, you need to improve and practice your juggling skills, in order to try and fit both groups of friends into your busy schedule.

Most friendships die a natural death: people move, change jobs, accept new responsibilities, or embark on different stages of life. Other friendships, however, end prematurely and abruptly. When a friendship is over and you don't understand why, it can be especially painful and puzzling. Sometimes a friend ends your relationship without telling you why you’ve been dropped. Sometimes a friend ends your relationship without expressing hurt feelings towards you.

friendship also varies on your social circle and unless u meet everyday it takes effort to maintain contact - from both sides. but i think there are also some friendships that it doesnt matter how many times they meet, even if they meet once a month and hardly speak in between the friendship is as strong as ever. naima xx

New season

I cannot believe I made it back in here for the second time this year.  My new baby is playing/about to cry sort of state in the background...
